Download the ALZ Meetings App

For the best experience, download ALZ Meetings at home or at your hotel before arriving at the convention center. Download ALZ Meetings (called “Alzheimer’s Assoc Meetings” in the app stores), the app used for all Alzheimer’s Association events:

You can also download our app by visiting your device’s app store and searching for “Alzheimer's Assoc Meetings.”

Once the app is installed on your device:

  • Open the ALZ Meetings app and allow both notifications and data updates.
  • Click on “Open” next to the AAIC 2025 logo. This will give you access to the AAIC 2025 event on the app.
  • Log in to the ALZ Meetings app.
    • Registration ID: Find your Registration ID in your registration confirmation email, which was sent from email_confirm@exl.eventshq.com. Your Registration ID is the short series of numbers located underneath the QR code.
    • Last Name: Enter your last name (family name) exactly as it appears in your registration confirmation email. Your password is case sensitive. Punctuation and diacritical marks are accepted.
  • After you’ve logged in the first time, the app will automatically open to the AAIC 2025 event.

View the AAIC Confidentiality Agreement.

Important note: In order to log in, your last name must exactly match the last name you entered during registration. For example, if you included your title after your last name when registering (e.g. Smith, Ph.D.), then you'll need to include your title and all other punctuation. Check your registration confirmation email to see the last name you entered during registration.

Helpful Tips

  • Download the ALZ Meetings app at home or at your hotel before arriving at the conference to ensure the best experience.
  • If you have previously downloaded the ALZ Meetings app for past AAIC conferences, please remove the app and reinstall it to launch this year's conference content.

  • Email appsupport@alz.org with any questions.

On-Site Wi-Fi Network

Complimentary Wi-Fi, sponsored by Eisai, is available throughout the AAIC meeting space at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. We suggest connecting and downloading the ALZ Meetings app via Wi-Fi.
